Missouri monitor and area has three extra athletes heading to nationals.
Roberto Vilches, Christopher Conrad and Georgi Nachev every clinched their spot within the NCAA Outside Championships in Eugene, Oregon, with their performances within the quarterfinals of the NCAA West Preliminary Spherical on Friday in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
The trio will be part of Sophia Rivera, Ava Curry and Ayele Gerken, who managed the feat on Thursday.
Vilches was the primary to safe his berth to Eugene, putting eleventh within the excessive leap with a leap of seven ft, ½ inch.
Conrad set a private finest en path to extending his season, putting fifth within the 800-meter race with a time of 1 minute, 47.33 seconds.
Nachev, competing within the triple leap, matched Conrad with a fifth-place outing to clinch a berth to nationals. His hops got here in at a season-best 53-4½.

Columbia School’s Dukes takes second in males’s half marathon
Alexander Dukes will return to Columbia with a silver medal.
The Columbia School monitor and area junior positioned second within the males’s half marathon on the NAIA Outside Championships on Friday in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
Dukes ran the 13.1 miles in 1:09.40 seconds to safe the runner-up end. He was 34 seconds behind gold medalist Christian Colon of Life College.
