Foothills Without end hopes to protect the West Mesa of the San Marcos Foothills as public open area

Persevering with its 36-year custom of calling consideration to and supporting the preservation of open areas within the pure world by means of their paintings, the Oak Group members will maintain their spring 2022 artwork present benefiting the Foothills Without end Fund, Might 3-28, within the Santa Barbara Central Library’s Faulkner Gallery, 40 E. Foothills Without end is a coalition between Save San Marcos Foothills, the šumwič Chumash, and Channel Islands Restoration. Along with the Santa Barbara Basis and a management crew, the group has acquired the West Mesa of the San Marcos Foothills with the intent to guard it as public open area.
The Foothills Without end Fund is finalizing two important grants and elevating funds to repay two short-term loans and create an endowment to assist preserve the property. The property is at the moment managed by Channel Islands Restoration in cooperation with Foothills Without end and the Allemall Basis.
